How much does shipping cost?

We offer shipping on all orders. All shipping costs are calculated depending on the time items were ordered, the delivery destination, and the product(s) chosen. Check our page frequently for shipping rewards & discounts throughout the year!

Where do you ship to in the US?
SLIMHER ships to all US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We unfortunately do not ship internationally at this time. SLIMHER is not responsible for any address, ( domestic or international) entered incorrectly by the customer.

When will my order ship?
SLIMHER orders may ship at any time after purchase. Products leave inventory as fast as possible and rely on FedEx or other delivery partners to reach customers. The entire shipment process can take anywhere from 2 hours to 5 business days to arrive at your door, depending on the time items were ordered, the delivery destination, and the product(s) chosen. (Please be aware of holidays, weather etc.)

How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number when your order is shipped. The entire shipment process can take anywhere from 2 hours to 5 business days to arrive at your door, depending on the time items were ordered, the delivery destination, and the product(s) chosen.

How are my items shipped?
SLIMHER partners with multiple carriers to provide the best shipping experience. Depending on your delivery address our products will usually ship via FedEx Ground, in a bubble mailer. Please keep in a dry space for the best experience.

Do you ship to my country?
SLIMHER ships to all US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We unfortunately do not ship internationally at this time. SLIMHER will not be held responsible for any damage, lost or stolen packages. SLIMHER will not be held responsible for any delayed shipping once your item has been dispatched. SLIMHER will not be held responsible for any additional custom, import fees, or tax treasure that may be charge on your destination end.
